🕒 Step 1: Order Confirmation
After you place your order successfully, you’ll instantly receive:
A confirmation message on your screen
An email or SMS with your Order ID and order summary
Keep this Order ID safe — it helps you track and manage your order easily.
🚚 Step 2: Order Processing
Our kitchen team begins preparing your order freshly after confirmation.
During this stage, your order status will appear as “Processing” on your account or confirmation link.
Once your package is packed and ready, it will be marked as “Dispatched.”
📩 Step 3: Shipment Notification
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:
A Tracking Link via SMS or email
Details of our delivery partner
Your AWB or Tracking ID
This link allows you to track your parcel’s live status — from pickup to delivery.
🌍 Step 4: Track via Website (Optional)
You can also track your order anytime directly from the JustShudh website:
Click on “Track My Order” from the menu or footer
Enter your Order ID and registered email / phone number
Click “Track Now” to view your delivery status instantly
📦 Step 5: Delivery
Once the order reaches your city, you’ll receive another message with:
The expected delivery date
The delivery partner’s contact (if available)
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you before dispatching again.
