🕒 Step 1: Act Quickly
You can modify or cancel your order only before it is dispatched.
Since we prepare and pack your products soon after receiving your order, cancellations are accepted within a few hours of placing it.

If you wish to change or cancel your order:

Our team will check your order status and confirm if modification or cancellation is possible.
🧾 Step 3: For Prepaid Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we’ll:
Process a full refund back to your original payment method
Send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Refunds usually reflect in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
📦 Step 4: For Shipped Orders
Once your order is dispatched, we can’t cancel or modify it.
This is because JustShudh products are freshly made-to-order, and once sealed, they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
If you still face any issue with your delivered package (like damage or wrong item), you can raise a replacement or refund request under our Returns & Refund Policy.
