At JustShudh, we are committed to delivering fresh, healthy, and high-quality products.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we offer a hassle-free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement
We accept return/replacement requests only in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is spoiled at the time of delivery
- Return Window
Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
- Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
