Once your return request is approved and the product is received back at our facility, your refund is processed within 2–5 business days.
Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used while placing the order.
For example:
• If you paid by UPI or Net Banking, the refund will go back to the same account.
• If you used a debit/credit card, the refund will reflect on that card.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account after you share the details.
You will also receive an email/SMS notification as soon as your refund is initiated.
